  • Verify the accuracy or legitimacy of job postings
  • Endorse any employer or job posting
  • Guarantee the availability of any position
  • Act as an agent for employers or job seekers

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before applying to any position or engaging with any employer.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NextGig and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
